387 Veterinary Centre is an independently run small animal veterinary practice on the A34 in Great Wyrley, also covering Cannock, Cheslyn Hay, Walsall, Brownhills and surrounding areas. Everything we do is gauged at delivering high quality professional care for companion animals coupled with a personal service for you the owner.
This is one of the reasons why, in 2019, we were once again voted Vets of the Year in the best of's annual Best Business Awards, and it's also why we were Petplan's 'Practice of the Year' in their 2017 Vet Awards. 387 Vets remains the first practice ever to win three of the five Petplan Vet Award categories on the same night since the awards first began 20 years ago.

At 387 Veterinary Centre, we strive to provide a very high level of care for our patients, your pets, whilst providing the very best personal and compassionate service for you, the owner, too. We run 15 minute consultations (rather than the standard 10 minute appointments you'll find at many other vets) because we don't believe a quality level of service can be provided in 10 minutes.
Our premises at 387 Veterinary Centre are bright, spacious and air-conditioned for the comfort and wellbeing of you and your pets during your visit. Three consulting rooms to run nurse and vet appointments concurrently, with an additional fourth consulting room available during evening surgeries. An additional high spec dedicated operating theatre for surgical procedures - and high sterility - only.
We actively seek to give all our patients the best possible care and have strict practice protocol for in-house procedures and excellent standards of sterility. Because great service really matters to us, we have volunteered to be inspected by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and are an RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice.

Alabama Rot is a disease first identified in the USA in the 1980s. It affects dogs only and can be fatal. The disease damages blood vessels of the skin and kidneys, and is first evident through inexplicable redness, sores or open lesions appearing most commonly on paws or legs.

So I feel that I must highlight the
amazing staff at 387 vets. This week has been one of the hardest as our baby beau was extremely ill and we feared the worst. Emma went above and behond to care for a fur baby. She truly is an angel. Emma and the team cared for beau as if he was theres. Outstanding service, care and the cat clinic is awesome

First time visiting 387 to get a second opinion after leaving another vets. i was so happy by the kindness and how professional everyone is. Especially Emma who has made a very worrying time alot easier. She was very understanding and did everything and more to help..Would definitely recommend! And will be staying!

I cannot rate this vets enough, they offer a very personal experience and are so good with our pets. Nothing is ever too much for them and they go out of their way to accommodate their clients. We feel they are the best vets around so travel from Wolverhampton to see them. If you are looking for a caring, personal and experienced vests then you will not be disappointed with 387 vets.

We had a very difficult decision on Wednesday last week, our elderly cat was very ill and near the end of his life, the kindest option was to have him put to sleep. I was absolutely devastated, but Sam the vet was lovely, I was in there for 2 hours, the kindness, advice, support he showed was outstanding. He was a brilliant vet and I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery. Two days later we received a wonderful card through the post.
