I highly recommend Jennie's pregnancy classes. They are soo relaxing and enjoyable. I am sad i did not attend earlier and only started when i was 28 weeks, but i am looking forward to attend mummy and baby yoga when i’ll have my baby ❤️

I highly recommend Jennie's pregnancy classes. The classes provided vital relaxation throughout my pregnancy with relaxation techniques and movement that kept me in a positive and calm state of physical and mental health throughout my pregnancy. I started the classes from very early on in my pregnancy at 12 weeks and I am so glad I did as when it came to the labour I felt confident and calm throughout the birth thanks to the knowledge and techniques Jennie had shared with me. I attended Jennie's pregnancy yoga classes from 16 weeks and always really looked forward to them as they helped ease anxiety and manage the aches and pains I had throughout pregnancy. I also attended a hypno-yoga workshop with Jennie to help me prepare for labour which ended up being very different to what I planned! The breathing techniques I learnt with Jennie along with the movements and positions I could try helped me get through a tough delivery. Thanks Jennie - I would recommend your classes to anyone 😊
