Our helpful, caring and enthusiastic staff strives to achieve this through high quality healthcare that is patient-centred and user friendly. Please contact the surgery on 0116 344 0233 for any urgent queries or requests to speak with a GP.

Please do not submit urgent requests via Engage Consult, our online consulation service. Any patient of the Practice can use our online consultation service from a phone, tablet or computer to ask us a question 24 hours a day. Once submitted, you will receive a response within 2 working days - Monday to Friday.
Services
We provide a wide range of NHS services, from everyday treatments and clinics, to many specialist areas. Where applicable, these services are provided by appointment during surgery opening hours. You can now see a specialist physiotherapist (FCP) at Two Steeples Medical Centre instead of the GP. This gives you faster access to expert diagnosis and you'll leave with the advice and exercises you need to start tackling the problem.

Incompetent & disgusting they are all far happier to keep people in pain than to try & help them. Some are insensitily rude some cannot speak understandable English nor can they understand English. They are more than happy to get people addicted to pain relief medicine while they are paying but then it is replaced with 1 pathetic paracetamol only if they are screaming in pain & 6 months supply of laxatives. These people do not care at all for anyone health or well-being. They now have NO patient confidentiality or data protection my details have been passed to anyone who wants them

Just attended the flu vaccination clinic at the Kube and both the reception and clinical staff were very professional, smiling and made the whole process quick and painless. The clinic was well managed and organised with only minimal waiting. Job well done, thank you

Most rubbish surgery ever. Receptionist are absolutely useless, can't do their job right. Also, ridiculous waiting time trying to get through to them.

Seriously long waiting time for calls to be answered..Receptionists not overly helpful. I have seen some very good Doctors but its been extremely hard to get appointments..I would not recommend this surgery..Central Surgery within the same Medical centre are already offering Covid vaccination to people in 2 groups below mine..Although they have no underlying health issues...Seems wrong.

Had to have appointment before going in. Intercom at door press say who you are seeing and what time. Masks worn at all times. Plastic barriers up. Seats sectioned off to allow for social distancing

Use to be approachable sadly new GPs and practice manager failed me as a carer and as a patient, their poor handling of a complaint and lack of understanding or concern left us with no option but to move, if you do use them the best GP is Dr Miles.

I would give this practise 0 stars if possible.
After moving to Leicester a few years ago I was told that they were really good here ( I’m sure some are) hence joining the practise.
I’ll never forget one of my first appointments with a male doctor who told me I probably had arthritis and what did I expect at my age “we all get it eventually” he said. So it thought oh no what have I done joining this practice. Since then I’ve not had a problem until recently and this has really bothered me because now they have lost a form I had to hand in for them to sign with all my personal details

Certain doctors seem to care about your care more than others, many times I’ve been promised call backs to receive nothing. I understand there are under immense pressure however being rude and unhelpful will only make patients need to either go back or go elsewhere.

Until this year I’d rarely had need to visit the surgery but have clearly reached an age where everything starts falling apart. In dealing with a tricky condition to diagnose my GP (a senior practitioner) was methodical, reflective and made practical recommendations. In addition a wide range of screening medicals were offered and taken. On a second unrelated issue I needed a referral letter to a Consultant in a short time frame. Within a few hours of the consultation my GP had prepared the paperwork and made it available for me to collect. The Nursing and reception staff were always pleasant

My partner and daughter are at this surgery, and now myself. Every phone call picked up with a reliable manner and response is brilliant. Doctors are all fantastic. Other surgeries should take note of the service and cleanliness of building. Well done Bushloe team!
