All consultations are by appointment only, and should be booked either on the day that you wish to be seen, or pre-booked up to four week in advance. Each appointment is for ten minutes. The GPs will endeavour to assist you with all your queries within the consultation. However, if you have more than one problem which requires additional time, the GP may ask you to book another appointment.
This ensures that the GP is able to dedicate a sufficient amount of time to the diagnosis and continuing care programme. Please also ensure that you make one appointment for each person wishing to be seen. Please speak with Reception staff for details of pre-bookable appointments. When you arrive for your appointment, you may use the touch screen computer to tell us that you have arrived.

Services
Urgent care centres, walk-in centres and minor injury and illness units offer convenient access to a range of treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. Current urgent care services in Leicestershire county and Rutland are listed below. Travel abroad is so common nowadays that it is often easy to forget the necessary precautions.
The practice has an active virtual patient participation group (PPG). We have found over the years that there are patients who would like to have a say on the development of the practice however for various reasons are unable to physically attend. We have therefore put together the virtual PPG where comments and suggestions can be made via e-mail on our Patient Comments section of the website.

I actually give up with the reception and admin team at this doctors. I dont know what you are doing but you need to pull your finger out and start trying to help us properly!
Got referral to hospital, waited a month so decided to ring admin team. Lady was like 'ohhhh yeah youve been asked to get this done first instead, i will send that referral over for you and your on the waiting list for your first referral', why i didnt get told about this or it didnt get put through until i called to enquire, i have no clue! I then ring the hospital, who say they havent recieved anything from the doctors

I had to join this doctors as I moved house and was refused treatment at my previous doctors due to being outside of the attachment area, I had already had 1 session of Treatment at my previous doctors and was reassured I would be able to continue the treatment when I moved to Hazlemere. The first interactions I even had from this place were absolutely ridiculous, I received a call from a Doctor, who didn't even introduce himself when I answered the phone and I was left very confused as to who I was actually on the phone to, after Googling the number I realised I was on the phone to a Doctor at

Hard to get an appointment which is never kept as always running late, there's no continuation of care, you'll see a different doctor everytime or a student as it's a teaching practice. All the staff are generally helpful though and it does have a little children's area with books and toys. It's usually clean and has hygiene spray on both entrances.
