Nutrition is personal. We want to meet you to understand your individual situation. The process starts with you completing a diet and health questionnaire prior to your consultation. We then meet to discuss our findings and talk about how to move forward. Our nutritional advice is delivered with an evidence-based approach, so no fads or false information.
A bespoke & tailored health & nutritional program for businesses, designed with the intention of creating a healthier and in turn more productive workplace by means of providing ongoing employee support with health & nutritional guidance. In 2015/16, work-related stress accounted for 35% of work-related ill-health and 43% of days lost.
The Facebook and twitter pages provide nutritional and lifestyle education, with upcoming online courses and support on prevention and management. Thanks to medical science and recent studies, research shows that the ability to self-manage this potentially debilitating condition is entirely possible.

I have had several sessions with Matt for nutrition coaching and would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable but what I really liked about him was that he listened to what I was trying to achieve and my personal preferences and was able to offer solutions and advice tailored to my needs. With Matt’s help I achieved my goal and importantly have increased my own knowledge.

Matt really knows his stuff, his approach is flexible and I felt listened to in relation to my goals. I started with Matt late last year and have noticed a difference already in my body shape. Sessions are challenging but enjoyable and feel very catered to my personal needs. I have issues with balance and co-ordination but through my work with Matt my stability seems to be improving greatly.
Matt has adapted sessions well to be on video too and I now feel much more confident working out at home.
His friendly and personal approach make me feel more at ease in sessions too and I enjoy chatting with him between reps. I would recommend him to anyone whatever your goals and needs!

I’ve been training with Matt since early in 2021 and it’s been a genuine pleasure. Having trained with a few personal trainers in the past, some good, some bad, I was a little unsure about finding another. However, since the very first consultation, Matt has been brilliant. He took time to understand my goals, and has given me clear guidance and motivation throughout. The training sessions are well structured, and even during lockdown I feel I’ve been making real progress and achieving new goals each week. And above all Matt is a great guy - training sessions are fun, and always good to catch

My partner James and I both started with Matt back in August and have both seen great results already! Matt is motivational, positive and always makes sure every session caters to both myself (sporty, more experienced at working out) and my partner (not very active, inexperienced). He is knowledgeable and also great at adapting to the complex situation of the last couple of months (temperature check, masks / gloves provided, online sessions, etc.). Would completely recommend him to anyone looking to make a positive change to their health and their life :)

Can't recommend Matt enough. I love the training sessions - each one is slightly different and all are fun and challenging. Am feeling fitter already and Matt helps me stay motivated with positive encouragement and feedback. Great communication as well, and very adaptive approach.
