Optimal diet is vital whether you are slimming down or bulking up. I can advise you on the best foods to eat and when to eat them. If you are serious about weight loss, I run a food diary monitoring programme that gets you trim. For clients who need specific assistance to manage dietary conditions I work with a top nutritional consultant to ensure your success.
To get results every element of lifestyle, exercise and nutrition will be maximised in order to get you a body you never thought possible. Transformation training is for people who are serious about changing their bodies, building muscle and vaporising fat. In terms of looking good for pretty much every one fat loss is a major player in revealing the body that most people want to show off.
Would you like personal boxing or kickboxing coaching? Classes are amazing but they are not for everyone. One to one, help you get the best out of your session, bolstering your strengths and improving your weaknesses. Sessions focus on you and accelerate your learning speed compared to classes. Very quickly you will feel like you are boxing like Anthony Joshua as well as working hard on getting a set of well toned abs.
To give you an idea - I have client's who do 4 sessions a week and I have world champion athletes who see me just once a week - the frequency really depends on what you need from your training. The more specific you can be with this, (as long as it is realistic) the bigger the chance of getting results.
