We are welcoming new residents and patients into our home to ensure that we are there for those that need care and support. In order to do this with the safety of our residents and staff at the forefront of our thinking, we have a very clear admission policy and have infection control protocols that must be met.
We are here to ensure that for those that need care, we are doing all we can to keep them safe and protected, and all of our staff are trained in infection control and use of Personal Protection Equipment. We are proud to offer life enrichment activities, and a choice of nutritious home cooked meals, and we provide personalised care dependent on your needs.

Now Aquarius tell us she needs one to one care !! This has resulted in a complete disarray to all of us without any notice at all ! How can a care home treat a vulnerable resident of 80 with dementia like this without any
