Withens Nursing Home
We have a vision, one which we are driven to making a reality for each and every resident, each and every day. Our vision is to create homes and teams which together, enable our residents to wake up in the morning looking forward to the day ahead, and go to bed at night feeling happy, loved and contented having had a great day.

Supported by a strong and experienced senior team, our care home teams really get to know our residents and the people who are most important in their lives. If you would like to see full details of our data practices please visit our Privacy Notice and if you have any questions please email dpoprivacy@rchcarehomes.co.uk.
Services
How someone's care home place is funded depends on their care needs as well as the savings and assets they have. The individual may need to cover the cost of their care home place completely or contribute towards the costs. The authority may completely fund the costs at an agreed rate, or contribute towards the costs of the person living in the care home.
We are often asked how much living in a care home costs - it is understandably one of the things that people moving into a care home are concerned about. Across our RCH care homes, the cost of care depends on each individual's personal care and support needs as well as whether the resident will be funded by the local authority, NHS or self-funding.
A residential care home offers help with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and taking medication, whilst a nursing home offers care from a qualified nurse. Many of our homes are dual registered, which means that they provide both residential and nursing care - this means that if a resident's needs change, and they need nursing care, they won't have to move to another home.
Jelly Beans Day Nursery is an Ofsted registered nursery based in Kingsnorth, Ashford, Kent providing a safe and healthy environment in which children are given every opportunity to flourish. Atlas Home Support is a supported living facility situated in Cambridge, offering a 24 hour service for guests of 18 years of age and over.
Situated in a quiet and picturesque area, Manton Heights Care Centre is purpose-built and carefully designed to support our residents to live happy, fulfilled and comfortable lives. Our team cares for our residents with the same kindness and warmth shown to members of their own family. Working closely together, they provide residential dementia care and end of life care.

Showers Showers leave a lot to be desired no holder for the shower head so you have to hold it in 1 hand and wash with the other. Toilets are not cleaned daily, residents left in the lounge unattended with no call bell.
Urine bottles are not sterilised . The lounge is a death trap with loose cables every where causing trip hazards the activities co ordinator has left and the person who has taken over has no idea.
Maintenance man is all talk and no action. The upside is the staff are brilliant and the food is exceptional.
