Services
We have been providing supported living services to adults experiencing mental ill health since 1997. Our services are based in London and Essex. We are financially accredited by the Supporting People Eastern Regional Group and we are assessed under the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework, currently at Level B and working towards Level A.
Maintain strategically relevant services, designed to deliver on key policies around mental health and well-being. Structured but flexible outcome focussed support plans, with positive approach to risk management. Proactive intervention to prevent relapse, working in partnership with local services to provide integrated support.
All service users benefit from a comprehensive Support Plan and Risk Management Plan designed by the service user with staff and with input from professional team and families/carers. Each person has a nominated key worker to support them to achieve goals and targets, and to deliver flexible and personalised support.
