Established since 1989, we are a friendly practice dedicated to serving your healthcare needs. Our team of doctors, nurses, receptionists and other staff work together to give you not only an efficient and professional service, but also to make your experience pleasant and straightforward. If there are any problems with issuing your prescription, we may call you to let you know.

How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?* Please help us trace your previous medical records by providing the following information. I wish the child above to be registered with the named doctor for Child Health Surveillance. I want to register my details on the NHS Organ Donor Register as someone whose organs/tissue may be used for transplantation after my death.*
Services
Dacorum Extended Access offers face to face appointments in addition to those available at the Practice. This GP service operates throughout the weekdays from 16:30 until 22:00, Saturdays from 9:00-13.00 and 14:00-18:00 and Sundays from 09:00-13:00. It is an appointments based primary care service.
Tick the medication(s) you require only, from the list attached to the prescription form -then post it or bring it in to the surgery. Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).
Under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 everybody has the right to see, or have a copy, of data we hold that can identify you, with some exceptions. You do not need to give a reason to see your data. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you please email our Data Protection Officer.
NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was created in 2013 to organise the delivery of healthcare to 627,000 people living in west Hertfordshire. CCGs are made up of our local GPs and other healthcare professionals and are responsible for 'commissioning' - planning, designing and paying for your NHS services.
We aim to keep our surgery clean and tidy and offer a safe environment to our patients and staff. We are proud of our modern, purpose built Practice and endeavour to keep it clean and well maintained at all times. If you have any concerns about cleanliness or infection control, please report these to our Reception staff.

I'm not happy with this surgery at all, I went with a client to this surgery and the receptionist didn't let us in and asked the reason why we were there. I have to explain my client's situation at the main door with other people behind me, where is the confidentiality here if we are explaining our symptoms and medical reasons at the door in public. I find this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately my experience has been poor. Recently my baby and I had our 6 weeks postpartum appointment with the doctor. Upon arrival (on time) we were told "the doctor will see us in a moment". We were made to wait outside the clinic for 25mins. After knocking again several times to ask how much longer we have to wait as my baby was starting to get fussy, that's when the receptionist came and said we could see the doctor. No one apologised for the lateness or inconvenience. The doctor rushed our appointment and lacked empathy. As a 1st time mum I have received no information of what I can or

Dr Kedia is a doctor in a million. She combines compassion and empathy with acuity and total professionalism. I feel so fortunate to have found her, and have no hesitation in recommending Dr Kedia and her reception team to everyone.

Don't bother, total lack of proffesionalism.
Waited for 2 and a half weeks to get a private insurance document signed off (5 min. job !!!!) by a doctor, still waiting for it.
What should've been sorted by a private medical insurance cannot be done because of these people incompetence. Which, funny enough, recommended to go privately, if I can, as the waiting time to see a specialist through NHS may be 6 weeks or so.
The case is now with NHS England - complaints team.
If anyone from this centre is reading this, let me remind you that you have absolutely no right to play with people's life like
