The practice is a partnership, which means that the responsibility for the care of all patients is undertaken jointly by the Doctors. The practice team also includes a Practice Manager, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, District Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors, a Macmillan Nurse, a Dietician and Counsellors together with our reception, secretaries and support staff.

We aim to provide a comprehensive range of medical and health promotion services to our patients. A team approach to health care helps us in the delivery of a wide range of care to all our patients, young and old.
Services
Although it may take a few weeks for your notes to arrive you can see a doctor here as soon as you wish. The patient questionnaire will give us some important information about your health needs before your notes arrive which helps us to help you. Following completion of your registration form, we request that you come to the practice to sign & verify that the personal details are correct.
Increasingly, patient medical data is shared e.g. between GP surgeries and District Nursing, in order to give clinicians access to the most up to date information when attending patients. The systems we operate require that any sharing of medical information is consented to by patients beforehand.

Been trying to get through to the surgery for the past week on and off, no joy!! Requested a doctors certificate for absence from work last week for my son, no response. The service from Sheepcot lately is so bad.

Same complaint as everyone else.. it is nearly impossible to get through on the phone. and if you do, the receptionists are usually unhelpful and officious. i really badly need to get my child seen today and i don't know what to do.

I have been satisfied with the surgery since I moved to the area a few years ago, however, I have been struggling lately to get appointments booked as the line is constantly engaged and I've been calling for some time now. I have two babies due for their routine vaccines and haven't managed to speak to someone to get them booked in. Now my daughter is also poorly and still can't get through to be seen. It's a pain.

Number on display is incorrect.
Website is from 1990 and the links are non responsive.
Login to patient access is useless
expect to be on hold for 5 hours.. lucky it wasn't an emergency or I wouldn't be able to write this review.
Never will I enter that building again.
Ps. you have to give one star to post this if I could have put 0 I would.

Each time I’m calling the reception, appears I’m 6th or 7th in the queue. Call answered after 30-40 minutes
That’s for a start…

I tried to book a simple appointment for my son, and it seems like impossible task. No answering phone to start with. Then redirecting me to a patient access system, which is refusing passwords, then apparently information they hold are different then information I input hence refusing me to log in. (I mean I put all the correct information in, so either its a bug or the surgery's details of my son are incorrect....? either way, what do I suppose to do to sort it out if they don't even pick up a phone, and when they do they just shove a responsibility on to somebody else, like its not their problem

Really good doctors surgery. The doctor's are all very understanding and always have time for you, especially Dr Saad and the receptionists are friendly and helpful

How does one actually book in an appointment here? We moved locally and registered, but no-one answers the phone regardless of time of day and if you try to go in-person, they do not open their doors unless unless have booked an appointment. Poor first impressions and customer service.

People like to complain for everything in my culture we will come from 🇪🇸 to uk to look after my daughter if she is in trouble. Drugs and alcohol are not the problem of NHS. Must be the parents should have brought up them with some sense. We all learn the values of this country to adopt them. There is no harm in adopting the good values of other cultures. Specially how to look after your kids is one of them.

I have always found staff to be helpful, courteous and have the policy of treating patients how they would like their family to be treated. My own GP Dr Saad is kind, listens & advises accordingly. I would recommend Sheepcot Medical Centre to everyone. Thanks for looking after me.
