The questions you will be asked mirror those of a consultation with your GP. Once we have received your Online Consultation, the doctors will look at your form and get back to you by the end of the next working day. It is likely the doctor will be able to help you via a phone call, text or video consultation and they can arrange a face to face appointment if required.
All appointments with a GP will be by telephone first but you will be offered a video assessment/ face to face assessment when clinically necessary. 111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It's fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

I felt nervous visiting the surgery as it has been a long time since I saw a gp. However I felt safe and surprisingly pleased with my experience. Doctor kumar was helpful and easy to talk to. She made me feel that I was listening to and she treated me with respect. The receptionist was helpful and friendly too. And I was surprised how easy to book an appointment in person or over the phone. Well done and keep up the good job

I'm in shock.
The doctor refused to help my husband, even though he has terrible pains while walking.
My husband wanted to use the help for the second time in 15 years.
What was the reason? No face mask.
First, she can't wear it (but Dr. didn't care about that)
Second I guess Dr. also in some places like a restaurant, a pub doesn't wear a mask.
And She is not afraid of getting infected.
Each doctor takes the Hippocratic Oath. And Dr. Luise, Louise (I don't know what her name is spelled) has broken her oathA doctor should treat and care for patients.
But my husband's Dr. should change professions

Had our Covid booster in the open clinic on Sunday 10th October. Very well organised and no stress. Attenborough surgery has never failed to perform , from kind receptionists to caring doctors that actually listen.
A special thank you to Oliver who helped us recently with chasing up information , an extremely polite and caring person .

I have been with this surgery for over three years now and have found all the staff incredibly supportive and helpful. They have always managed to find an appointment or a solution quickly. I’ve never had to wait long to speak to a GP and their COVID vaccination programme was efficient and fast. The GPs are really very good (having experienced numerous surgeries over the nation) and I can highly recommend the surgery. Their online system is great and I like the fact that the staff don’t turn over much meaning you can build relationships with the GPs and nurses.

The surgery are keen to speak to me about a review for my disabled children (NHS incentives for the surgery), I am happy to oblige but I have tried to call back as many times as my patience will allow, different days, different times of day. I could recite back to them the longest message that you have to listen to, and then be told your call will not be taken and then the call ends there. I had no idea that my practise had merged with this one, it's a shame it has not lead to a better patient experience.
