We do understand that sometimes you may forget your appointment, or that other important life incidents happen and that you sometimes no longer need the appointment. We do ask that if you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it or notify the practice why you did not attend at your earliest convenience.
It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you. We work closely with Ealing Community Transport to bring patients to the surgery where possible. If you need a home visit please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning, before 10:00, and give one of our receptionists details.
Do not try to add another person in on your consultation. Let reception know you need another appointment for this individual or prioritise who needs the appointment more. Be honest with the doctor. It is important to tell the doctor the main reason you are there at the start of the consultation. If you are embarrassed, don't be, the doctor is there to help and won't be shocked.
Repeat prescriptions are medications that appear on the reverse of your prescription which your doctor would like you to continue on a regular basis. We require two working days to process your request. Medication that is not on the repeat list may take longer than 2 working days.

Please always include your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and the list of medications along with dose and strength to avoid delay in processing your request. You can order your repeat prescriptions via Systm Online on a computer, iPad or a phone APP. Not enough, seats in waiting room. Hard to understand what is being said to you. Everyone in the waiting room, can eardrop on your conversation with the receptionist. No music or appropriate magazine to look through whilst you wait. Always cold. Steep stairs to climb to get to doctor's rooms. Not always knowing where you going because you cant understand what it being said to you. And what doctor/nurse is who. Im being generous by giving you a star.

Watched and heard a viral video of how clients are treated by the reception.
Absolutely disgusting people you have working behind the counter. Should not be working customer service.

Terrible GP, staff need to get off their high horses and act like actual receptionist as they seem to not know how to do their job, always confusing and rude when talking to them. Doctor Sivarajah is extremely rude and hostile and asks questions nothing to do with health or issues that the appointment was made for.
Long waiting time for appointments

We had an appointment at 14:00 and they said we have to wait because nurse is gone out and they donโ€™t know when the nurse will come back . Absolutely very poor service. Receptionist is very very rude. I would not recommend anyone to register here . They seems to donโ€™t know what they are doing .

One wonders whether the bad reviews are from people who are unpleasant themselves. For about 20 years I have been looked after by Dr T and Narinda and all the staff with good humour and efficiency. The NHS must be a difficult organisation to operate in and Meadowview provides as good a service as can be expected

What a great experience from the moment I entered the Meadow view Surgery, The greeting of the lovely reception team will give any patient such a warm welcome and cared for feeling.
I MUST say that Dr. T.Sivarajah is one of its kind. His diagnosis are so thorough & shows genuine concerns. He gave me a listening ear. He was never in a rush though he is extremely busy otherwise.Honestly that shows how much he "CARES" for the patients as though it's his own family. I always had great encounters with him.Itโ€™s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person

I donโ€™t recommend, going to change my GP. Dr Manchulaa Thavaraj is the only kind and friendly doctor however she does change when G Sivarajah tells her to but I am changing my GP because of Dr T Sivarjah he doesnโ€™t respect me as a human being and treats me so badly he shouts and sometimes refuses to give me appointments, whenever I try to complain to G Sivararajh about Dr T somehow my call gets transferred to Dr T โ€˜s Line and he ends up shouting at me, wish I could give this 0 stars.
