We will aim to respond within 24 hours. You can use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. Please consider whether you need to see a Doctor Would Self Help, a Pharmacist a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner be more appropriate? Our Doctors and Nurses offer a wide range of clinical skills and the whole Practice Team is committed to providing quality care to our patients.
In order to maintain the quality of these services, we limit registration only to those residing within our Practice Area. Non-UK citizens registering with the surgery are advised that doing so may not necessarily entitle them to free access to other NHS services (eg hospital treatment) and they are advised to clarify their individual situation with the Eastern Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group.

Services
These surgery times are subject to change. Please speak to reception who will be able to further advise you on when the doctors are available. This on-site shadowing of a qualified GP forms an important part of the medical student's training, however if you do not wish to have a student present for your appointment please inform our reception team on your arrival at the medical centre.
On approximately eight Wednesday afternoons a year the Practice will be closed for staff training. We appologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however this training is a vital part of the service we provide. The Surgery will close at 1.00pm and re-open at 6.30pm for booked appointments only.
Immunisations: routine immunisation for children and adults, and for overseas travel. It is recommended to book your travel appointment at least 4 weeks before your departure date. There are a number of clinics held at Kenmore that you can either book yourself into or be referred to by a Doctor on the NHS or privately.
At home or on the move, with the new NHS App you can conveniently order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical records, manage appointments at your GP surgery, set organ donation preferences, and check symptoms. The app has been developed by the NHS and has been designed to help people get more information about their health and care - and more control of how they use NHS services.
Kenmore Reception Staff have been extensively trained to give you an appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional to deal with your current issue. To help them to do this effectively, please give details of your symptoms to the receptionist when booking your appointment. This information will be kept confidential and by doing this you will be allocated an appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional.

Best GP practice I’ve ever had! Incredibly friendly receptionists, I’ve always got an appointment the same day when it was clinically important. The GPs are extremely professional, take time to listen to you and really want to give the best clinical care. The nurses couldn’t have been better with my kids when they were having their vaccinations! People of Wilmslow are extremely lucky to have such a great GP practice available to them!

Dr Sheikh is one of the best GPs I've ever had. The support for mental health is amazing and I've always felt supported. Only problem is the appointment system. Drs can give you a code which enables you to book 2 weeks in advance where as usually you can only book 5 days. If you want an appointment with a certain Dr in say a month's time you have to keep ringing every day or check online until one comes up which can be a bit frustrating. Reception staff are great apart from one who's very rude so I just tend to avoid her

Appalling appointment booking system - you phone up at 8am, are left on hold for far too long and when you eventually get to speak to reception, which often seems like an total inconvenience to them, you are then told to phone back the following day at 8am ....... eat, sleep, phone, repeat without the joy of ever securing an appointment! Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Have found this surgery to be excellent. Never have to wait too long for an appointment. All the staff are friendly and caring, including receptionists, nurses and Drs, much better than other centres I have attended. Appointments have always been on time and never had trouble parking. All round a great place.
