Simply call us on our main line 0161 375 100 during the opening times listed. Our medical administration staff will ask you questions to make sure you get the right healthcare. The form details your medical query which is then processed further information in getting healthcare. Once you have registered with the app you will be able to request repeat prescriptions and view your medical records.

The most disturbing communist run practice in Manchester. Rude staff no doctors up to 90 minute wait on a phone. No face to face ( marxists cowards) no examination nothing. Not everyone can wear a mask or social distance. Another communist weapon. Hand poison all for a virus that still does not exist. And we prove it everytime. This practice should be permanently removed from the earth. 😡

Keep phoning for a serious brain illness to be told after waiting on the phone for up to one hour they have no appointments and to try and again the following day, I have been doing this for 2 weeks now with no prevail of an appointment
It should no longer be for clap for the NHS but clap for those that haven't gone public with how much they're screwing up. Last year tried treating cancer with antibiotics before seeing me and diagnosing me with stage 3 cervical cancer

I was in the practice last week to update my surname. The receptionist took a copy of my ID and said that my name will be updated straight away. Unfortunately it still hasn't been changed and my vaccination is under my old name which means I will get my vaccination letter under my old name and it will not be accepted at the airport. My husband filled in a registration form 2 months ago and is still not on their record. We will be changing the practice as the service is absolutely shocking!!!

I think it's disgusting that you have to call in at 8a. to book an appointment because people like me who work at certain times aren't able to, which as result means that I can NEVER book an appointment even for something that is ongoing and causing me problems in my everyday life. I also don't like the fact that the 2 times I managed to get an appointment, I had to tell the receptionist over the phone what my PERSONAL problems were before she books the appointment. It's hard enough to tell the Dr never mind the receptionist, it's degrading. DO AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM so that people

I attended an appointment for my flu injection 2 weeks ago and it was very COVID safe and very efficient.
The doctors and staff were very welcoming and pleasant.
I have been a patient at the surgery for 43 years and my family and I have been really well looked after.
My son has recently suffered a severe stroke and they have looked after him wonderfully.
It has always been a very good practice as my late parents were also registered there and were looked after and treated with the upmost respect.
I am lucky to be registered with such a good GP surgery.

From the moment u reach reception your are greeted with courtesy and confidentiality. The administrative staff are supportive and helpful. The practice nurses are calming providing a clear focus on the task in hand. The doctors are exemplary give time to each patient listening to their concerns. It is obvious the target for your this practice is to provide each patient with a safe and dependable environment.
