We are one of a number of schools that make up the Odyssey Collaborative Trust, established in 2019. We care deeply about each and every child in the school, providing them with the nurture, care and challenge they all need to succeed.

All children are welcome to come to Asterdale Primary School, whether they live in our catchment area or beyond. We are happy to show prospective parents and children around our school. At Asterdale Primary School, we believe that assessment should be an integral and essential part of the process of teaching and learning. Assessment is a tool that helps teachers to plan further learning experiences and a resource for pupils to help them become more responsibly for their own learning.

Asterdale is a fantastic school. The staff care deeply about the children and the children make great progress. The staff are always smiling, happy and approachable, and this results in the children being happy and having great learning experiences. I would love for any future children of mine to go to this school.
