Best experience and food of my life! I went here with my brother for afternoon tea and it was life changing. The staff were super attentive and well versed in the menu. It was well priced especially for the food and service quality. I have already recommended this place to my friends when they visit London!

Nice food for our first fancy meal in the United Kingdom. My family and I went here and they liked their foods. The only problems was that we came half an hour late and they still didn't allow breakfast items to be served, they have menu items like afternoon tea served at certain times, and they ran out of a lot of menu items. The free bread was good. I ordered the lobster half order and it was very tender, juicy, and good. Everybody liked the lobster. It also came with a side of chips/fries and it was one of the best fries/chips I had, it was like Mcdonald's french fries/chips but better

Best! Beautiful building, great service, tasty classy British cuisine and very reasonable prices for that level. We paid 100 pounds for the dinner for soups, main, desserts, service and a glass of champagne. We were super full. Had a huge luck to jump in without the booking, thanks to the kindest hostess! Will come back for the afternoon tea!

It’s losing its charm…
I’ve often been to The Wolseley for breakfast or brunch; rarely lunch or dinner but over the past few years it’s been my go to to pop in for a cheeky dessert. I love that I can order a banana split and a pot of tea and while away some time in the hustle of the 1920’s. But lately service has been slow and blunt. The food has lost its charm and there’s no longer the excitement of the table roulette when you arrive as a ‘walk in’. There are also better places for dessert in London with less pomp and circumstance.
It’s a must if you’re a tourist, but only

Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Sandra Billy has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $6750 out of $1000 was a whole lot of profit for me. I have had several delicious lunches/ dinners at the Wolseley but this was the first Breakfasts. Superb surroundings, great service and more importantly a comprehensive menu. I chose a good solid traditional breakfast accompanied by good coffee and finished off with a pick me up Bloody Mary. A lovely way to start the day.

I really enjoyed The Wolseley, from the doorman at the door, the food, ambience, service and decor of the restaurant.
It feels like by gone days glamour and class.
The food was delicious unfortunately, the photos don't do it any justice. I met a friend after 2 years so, there was much to catch up on; hence, rushed pictures.
I had a full 3 course meal starting with onion soup, venison meatballs with neeps and fruit crumble with custard.
You're served tap water without having to ask for it and your glass is kept topped up. This should be standard in any restaurant and I glad The Wolseley don

Took my mum for her Birthday and what a pleasant afternoon tea we had. The staff couldn’t have done enough and as I do a lot of reviews and have had a lot of afternoon teas this was right up there with the best. Sandwiches are a delight and the pastry’s and cakes are delicious. I do like how they serve coffee also as not many places do and I’m a massive coffee lover so extra points for that! Also it’s a very good price for what you get and that’s a luxurious afternoon tea.

The only reason I download yelp is to write this review.
Today I had my brunch at this restaurant, our server named Nene presented us the worst service ever.
one of our order is egg benedict, when it's served I said we ordered the large size, I thought it has three pieces.
Our server Nene looked at us with disdain and said it's always two pieces.
That's OK
The reason I was so mad is that he walked away and talked this "story" to the other server and laughed at us. So loud I can hear his words even between 5 tables.
Impressing service

Came here with 3 people for a birthday on a Saturday afternoon and we lucked out to be seated right away. Try to make a reservation though! It can be a 20+ min wait.
We got afternoon tea for 2 people and one additional classic tea and it was more than enough for the 4 of us.
Highlights were:
-Vanilla bean cheesecake (4.8/5): this was so fluffy and delicious. Seriously, this New Yorker was impressed.
-Raspberry tart (4.6/5): delicious
-scones (4.7/5): classic and delicious (get all the clotted cream and jam)
-cucumber finger sandwich (4.5/5): this was surprisingly fresh and delicious.
Everything

We were really looking forward to breakfast at Wolseley and it did not disappoint. We arrived just as they opened (we heard it gets busy very quickly and it did!) and immediately fell in love with the ambiance and the interior. It has a very cozy, classic and British vibe.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our brunch experience. We ordered the Benedict, crab cakes and omelet - all tasted great however felt the portions were a bit a smaller than expected and there weren't the healthiest menu options or side dishes available. Overall the experience was really pleasant

Everything here screams bougie... we came here to try afternoon tea. The prices are quite steep - classic afternoon tea costs 30 GBP (40 if you want champagne). The cream tea at 12.75 GBP was the cheapest option. It comes with... tea and 3 scones. Flipping expensive.
That aside, the tea is quite good and the scones are absolutely delicious. The jam that comes with them is also really tasty. The restaurant has a very grand feel to it. Come here if you want to feel bougie and refined.

After a long morning, it was finally lunch time.
We made reservations and our table was ready even though we arrived about 15 mins earlier.
My friend got the fish, it was very good. It was flavorful and wasn't dry. I wanted soup and scallop so I went for the chicken soup with half a salt beef sandwich plus a seared scallop appetizer. The scallop was perfect! The chicken soup was good. The sandwich though was meh. This was quite an expensive lunch for 2 bc we paid more than 70gbp. The services, however, was great.
The ladies at the table next to us ordered salad and that was

Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5/5 for afternoon tea (rounded down because wouldn't return on my next trip to London, nor recommend it to a friend). I visited the Wolseley for a solo tea during a business trip in London. Back in NYC, I've visited a fair share of afternoon tea places, and the Wolseley just doesn't compare to my favorites back home. The ambiance of the dining room is quite noisy and packed, and that might be partly aggravated by the echo-y space that the main dining room occupies. Service was just alright, and seemed a bit stretched thin. Things were sort of

A friend who had studied abroad in London told me I needed to have afternoon tea at the Wolesley so I ventured forth and was not disappointed.
He said I needed to make my reservation in advance but had no problem making mine a few days prior to my visit, but I knew I was a party of one.
Service was attentive and quick, and the aesthetic was perfect. I was constantly in awe of the design and the chandeliers.

Terrific meal and great area of London. Just a beautiful space highlighted by a huge chandelier!
The service is very British and attentive. Crisp I'd say.
I had the avocado with vinaigrette and it was perfect. Paired with a nice cotè de Rhône from a good wine list.
I had the Schnitzel which had a sauce I didn't love but it was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were great. Others had the salmon which looked amazing.
Ah London and it's beautiful people and fabulous spots.... this was one of them.
