My daughter has loved her time with you, she has so many fun memories; you are always offering new experiences. We are well informed on any concerns/anything new. I have nothing but praise for your Nursery and would always recommend you. All your staff are friendly and welcoming. You are doing a fantastic job and the outstanding OFSTED report showed that.

Services
Gloucester Nursery School was opened in 1950 as a purpose built nursery school. It offers excellent nursery education and care on a part-time and full-time basis to children aged 3 and 4 years, before they are admitted to primary school. All the staff have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Child Care.
There is also a list of the costs for additional care and a copy of our admissions policy. If you do require any further information or would like to have a look around our Nursery please do not hesitate to contact us. The level of care, enthusiasm and feeling of openness is safely demonstrated and Gloucester goes above and beyond anything I/my children have experienced at any other nursery.
We have exciting indoor and outdoor areas especially for 2 year old children along with their own garden. For the 3 year old children we have 5 large areas - the Rainbow Room, the Sunshine Room, the dining room, the undercover and the garden. Both G2 and G3 children at the beginning of each session, after saying 'hello' to their family worker, are free to choose where they would like to play and they can move freely between the areas.
The Governing Body of Gloucester Nursery School comprises of staff, parents and members of our community who work collaboratively, supporting Julia in her role as Headteacher and challenging the staff to strive for constant dynamic improvement. The Parent Governors represent Parents on the Governing body and any suggestions or concerns can be voiced to the Governing Body, please ask at the office for details.
To ensure that at all times there is an understanding and commitment by everyone that "every child and family matters" and that practitioners work collaboratively within an equality and diversity framework. To challenge children to be the best they can be, to make good progress in all aspects of their learning and development and to make a positive contribution to the learning communities of which they are part.
