Education focused 'Development Matters' curriculum, designed by highly qualified and experienced early years practitioners and delivered so that the children have fun whilst learning. Children with special educational needs are included in our setting and we adapt our routines and activities to make it an inclusive practice.
These vary by the age of your child and the number of sessions so it is probably best to discuss this in person. However we constantly scan the local market and are confident our fees are competive and offer value for money. Good nutrition is important for all children. At the Parade Day Nursery we have a dedicated Chef who aims to provide children with a balanced and varied diet that meets their individual dietary needs.
The Parade Day Nursery is well managed and the managers/owners have a clear strategic direction for the setting. There is a clearly defined management structure, which ensures that the staff are well supported and this support is clearly appreciated by all staff.
The proprietors play active roles in the management of the nursery and through questions and observation it is clear that their commitment to providing a quality of care for the children and families is paramount. There are regular meeting where managers evaluate the service they are providing and monitor if they are meeting the needs of the children and their families, action plans are produced to ensure decisions are carried through.
