Services
At Warren House, your pet's health and wellbeing is our number one priority. If your pet has a veterinary emergency and is within our opening hours, please call your local practice immediately. We will arrange for your pet to be seen straight away if we deem necessary. Warren House provides on-site care for patients admitted during our regular practice opening hours.
We are currently experiencing a high demand for our services, and as such, we need to temporarily limit the new clients that we can take on. We remain committed to providing the best service to our patients and their owners. Outside of our normal practice opening hours, we work closely with our local 'Vets Now' emergency teams, who are on hand, until normal opening hours resume.
For centuries, acupuncture has been used by many cultures to treat many ailments. Western acupuncture is derived from its ancient Chinese cousin, using evidence-based medicine. It is a form of alternative treatment where fine needles are inserted into the body at specific points, resulting in pain relief, immune stimulation, normalisation of bodily functions and faster recovery rates.
At Warren House Vets in Medway and Chatham, we advise that your pet's dental hygiene is just as important as any other routine and preventative treatment Like humans, pets can develop a build-up of tartar, leading to tooth decay and gum disease. Brushing your dog or cat's teeth once or twice a day is the best option for good oral hygiene.
The most used and widely available forms of diagnostic imaging include x-rays and ultrasound which are services that are both offered at Warren House Vets. An ultrasound is a non-invasive procedure that gives a 2D, real-time image of your pet's organs. Ultrasonic waves are transferred from a hand-held probe to the animal and bounce off tissue to send waves back to the probe to form an image on a screen.

Wanted to thank the 2 wonderful staff members that took care of my cat and his extremely poor hind leg. He wasn't able to put pressure on it and was clearly in pain. We always use Warren House but this is the first time in Walderslade. We got an appointment within a couple of hours and I was soon met at the car by the vet who was fantastic. She returned a short time after explaining the likely cause and what she would do and soon after Riva was back in the car, pain free and she handed me the medication and thoroughly explained how and when to administer. Another lovely young lady took payment

The vets, veterinary nurses and receptionists are all so lovely and friendly. The prices are good and my cats always get the best care and treatment. They were amazing when one of my cats had to get put to sleep. They let me be with him at the end to comfort him as he died and stay with him for as long as I wanted afterwards just to cuddle him until I was ready to leave him. They are so supportive and understanding. They also sent me a sympathy card when one of my cats died suddenly which was really sweet and it’s nice to know they care. I have had a lot of pets over the years and quite a few

Great customer service and care from all the staff at this practice. We have anxious dogs who don't like visiting vets and can always book in at a quiet time to make the trip a bit easier. Very understanding and professional when had to bring our cat for her final visit and say goodbyes last year. Recommend highly!
