When your beloved pet is ill, you want to know that they're receiving the best possible treatment from professionals who understand their needs and people who care about how you are feeling. Our teams of vets and nurses are all specially selected not only for their exceptional veterinary skills and knowledge, but also for their compassion and people skills.
Parkvets offers a vet home visit service, Parkvets@Home, to help make life easier for our clients and patients. By prior appointment, one of our vets can come to see your pet in the comfort of your home, where it is likely that they will be far more relaxed, since they are in a familiar environment.
Alternatively, you can book your appointment by phone by calling 020 8300 8111. If you are not a client of Parkvets and haven't visited Parkvets before, it would be really helpful if you could provide your registration details by following this link to our Pet Registration page. Don't worry if you are short of time though, we can always take your details when you come in.
Because we process hundreds of insurance claim forms each week we have a dedicated team of people who work hard to submit each claim within 5 working days of receipt. And our accounts team are here to deal with any financial queries you may have.
Sticklers for detail, Mark, Laurren, Ann, Joyce, Nicole, Carol and Helen also look after the administration of our growing pet health care club ensuring that details are up to date and that our members get the benefits they have paid for.As the very heart of the practice our RCVS accredited Sidcup head office provides the clinical facilities for all our clinic vets and for the hospital team.

I've used park vets on four occasions now and they have always been very professional and very polite and always explain everything to me fully. So far the care and advice have been brilliant. There have been times I have called for advice on the phone and they are happily to talk to me on the phone and I haven't needed to come into the vets so they are very good.

We are relatively new pet owners and therefore need a bit more help than others when going to the vet to know the right thing to do for our animal. They have been so unbelievably helpful so far, saving us money (which I had problems with previously at a different vet) and just generally being very friendly and helpful. Their care of the animals shines through and whenever our pet needs to go there we know she is in great hands!
