There was an added warmth at the vets this visit. Louise was genuinely interested and obviously loves all animals - she is lovely to deal with. A warm welcome, a genuine interest in your pet and an efficient review and treatment plan. All done with a smile, a ton of feedback, and obviously a whole lot of veterinary knowledge.
I have been with this vets for many years, they are very kind and compassionate but also truthful. My animals are always keen to see the nurses and vets which speaks for its self. I would highly recommend to anyone Always really polite and friendly and incredibly compassionate when I recently had to have one of my dogs put to sleep.

A trip to the vets is something which needs to be routine for your pet, and we go to great lengths to ensure our animal visitors are put at ease every time they come to see us. We're pleased to say plenty of them enjoy their visits and many dogs even pull their owners in through the doors. The key to our pet-friendly approach is that we have 15 minute appointments as standard.
The first stage of any investigation of an illness is normally to run Blood and Urine Tests. The focus of an investigation can be varied depending on the nature of the illness and the vet will usually tailor the profile of the test to suit you pet's particular problem. There are many hundreds of things that can be tested for and the vet will use their skill to determine which tests are likely to give the most valuable information.
The water in Iceland is beautiful and clean, and for this reason it is protected to avoid any damage or pollution. So if you're planning an angling or scuba adventure to this part of the world, and are planning on taking your own kit, bear in mind that you are required to have it disinfected and certified beforehand.

I would highly recommend this practice. My cat Harvey is registered there and yesterday he had a very nasty accident. I phoned them and they said to bring him in straight away. Kath was so helpful and reassuring and Tim came in to operate on him in the afternoon. I am so impressed with their friendly, helpful and professional attitude.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I have been bringing my dogs here for over 10 years now and the level of kindness, care and compassion never varies, no matter how busy they are. They seem to remember every animal they treat and their expertise and professionalism is matched by the gentleness with which they treat your pet. I couldn’t fault them.

Our dog is a rescue dog who came to live with us nearly three years ago. We visited a few Vet's surgeries and chose Alexandra vets as they seemed very friendly and welcoming. We visit them fairly regularly as unfortunately our dog doesn't enjoy the best of health. She loves going there, adores all the staff ( and the treats they all give her!) and they make a huge fuss of her. I would recommend them as they are very thorough and efficient. I also find it useful that I can ring and receive advice over the phone and if they say they will ring me back. they always keep that promise.
