Services
At Vale Vets, we treat everything from dogs, cats and rabbits to tortoises, snakes and iguanas. In fact, for one of the vets at the Animal Hospital, Rachel Mowbray, unusual pets are a speciality. Rachel has a menagerie of pets of her own including skunks. We are happy to provide house visits when required for our existing clients if there is availability.

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!

If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.
