Services
Across our four surgeries, we have excellent facilities and up-to-date equipment so that we can provide a comprehensive medical and surgical service for your pet. We are equipped with separate sterile operating theatres at Chalks Rd, Westbury Park and Chipping Sodbury with digital x-ray, on-site blood testing facilities along with a portable ultrasound machine, ECG and endoscopy.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
If you pet needs veterinary attention outside normal working hours you deserve to receive the same professional and prompt attention that we hope you receive from us during regular hours. However, even the best vet in the world cannot be personally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without it significantly affecting their clinical skills and judgement and therefore patient care.

Our PlatinumVIP Plan has been designed to provide a tailored preventative healthcare solution for clients who want the best preventative healthcare package for their pets. The Platinum VIP package is suitable for pets of all ages.

Been going to this vet for many years. They are excellent. Very caring and have saved the life of my current dog when he was bitten by an Adder.
You can usually get an appointment within 24 hours - try that with your GP! Would recommend to all pet owners.

Helpful staff to welcome you, they are managing one in one out policy with Covid effectively. Vet comes out to talk to you and check if any concerns other than the reason your there with pet in first place. Very quick service, they also send reminders by text when your pet is due anything, which is really useful.

Wonderful experience took a beautiful cat for a check up . Staff were very helpful and impressed me with the excellent customer service. Went for a quick wonder around the area whilst the appointment took place. Found a beautiful Aloe plant which was free to collect. After checking was able to take home along with a happier, healthy cat.

Very lovely Vets, wonderfully compassionate members of staff and never a long wait to go in. Always used this vets, never had an issue and always happy to see to my pets as quick as possible. When i had to have my Animals put to sleep, they were very understanding, gave me time alone before saying goodbye and reassured me that this was for the best.

When my cat had a kidney infection (very unpleasant as you can imagine) we packed her scratching and scrabbling into her cat basket and took her straight to this vet.
I can only comment on their feline service, but they are gentle and understanding even when faced with a very unhappy animal (our cat does not like being handled by strangers. Full stop.)
The costs were reasonable and they were able to supply antibiotics the same day, giving helpful tips on how to administer these to a reluctant cat.
The practice has a warm, family feel to it and it's conveniently located for pets living in

A good local vets where the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. After using them for a few years for my three dogs the inevitable time came where one of them had to be put to sleep. I could see it coming but it was pretty painful when the vet confirmed my fears. It's a terrible time for a pet lover but I felt like they handled the situation well and understood and anticipated how upset I would be. They also let me leave as gracefully as possible and suggested the bill was settled later when I was in a better frame of mind.
