Crumlin Integrated Primary School, located on an extensive site in the centre of Crumlin, prides itself on a reputation of providing excellent education to all of our pupils and is a Rights Respecting School. Pupils come from the local village but increasingly we have parents who opt to travel from surrounding areas such as Glenavy and Aldergrove, in order to give their children the best opportunities in a school where their child is treated with care and respect - and quickly feel part of our happy school family.

The Integrated School provides a learning environment where children and young people from Catholic and Protestant backgrounds, as well as those of other faiths and none, can learn with, from and about each other. The promotion of equality and good relations extends to everyone in the school and to their families regardless of their religions, cultures or social background.
This year each child has been asked to provide a pencil case full of essential stationery. These items will only be used by the child and will remain in school. Please also send in a pair of welly boots that can be kept in school. P.E Kit:- Your child can come to school ready for PE lessons on Wednesday and Friday.
P4 is a super year, we have some very interesting topics and we love to do lots of fun learning. We particularly like to do activity based learning based on our topics, science experiments and Hotspot (presenting a PowerPoint to the class). We use Seesaw to keep parents updated so make sure you check it regularly and feel free to like and comment on your child's work to encourage them.
Primary 5 is a fantastic year to be a part of. This year, we will explore a range of interesting topics and we will engage in lots of fun and diverse learning activities. We have made a fantastic start to the school year and are settling well into the new routine of Primary 5. We've a busy and exciting year ahead of us so please keep an eye on our class page to keep updated with our learning journey.
Wearing a school uniform is an important element of our school identity and we want our children to take pride in their uniforms and be proud to be a pupil at Crumlin Integrated PS. Wearing a uniform also helps to prepare the pupils for the requirements of secondary/grammar school education as well as for the world of work that lies in their future.
