This used to be a reasonable restaurant but no more since the place has been taken over by a franchise (info came from waiter) in 2018. Went here after lockdown in April 2021. Only 4 main dishes (still only 4 inspite of owner response) on the Terrace menu. As we went as a party of 4 we all tried one. None of it was freshly made. All was just quickly fried or microwaved but premium prices charged.
Just come here for a drink but do not eat!
The odd food selection on the menu should have been a warning to us.
And NO to the owner's response this was no mix up of venue!

Had a 2 night stay in this hotel and really enjoyed the small plate menu and drinks. You couldn't ask for a better location close to sights, eateries, shops and pubs. We had breakfast outside of the hotel only a few minutes walk away, only because we didn't want to be tied to a time. Staff were friendly and helpful and bedrooms were clean and well presented. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Abbey Bath hotel. I had previously visited in September 2020 and was not disappointed on the second visit. It was my mum’s birthday during our stay and the staff did everything they could to make it extra special. In particular, Kara at reception was very friendly and helpful both before and during our visit and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.
The bar and breakfast staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you to all of you for making our trip so great.
This hotel is perfectly situated, less than 5 minutes

Great food, great service. This restaurant is part of the Bath Abbey Hotel. It is small, but has a very unique menu.

The decor is trendy with Lofi Chill music playing in the background. Very creative drink menu, making choosing difficult. I caved and took the Negroni and my wife chose the Madame Suzette. Both excellent.

They have a kids menu and a very good Set Menu plus a la carte for adults.

I started with the Leek and Feta soup and finished with the Braised Pork Belly. Both excellent. The Leek Soup had potatoes, feta cheese cubes, and black sesame seeds.

My wife chose the Plaice
