Dough Pizza Restaurant
As a proudly independent, family-run business, we bring together years of expertise and the best Italian ingredients to bring you first-rate pizza, every time. Made on site by specialist artisans from Puglia, our bases are rustic, simple and made in the authentic Italian style, reflecting pizza's humble origins as Neapolitan street food.

Once we perfected the classic sourdough base, we started experimenting with alternative flours to create healthier bases that taste genuinely great. Once you try a Dough pizza, we think you'll love it as much as we do. We're delighted to be back open in The Corridor and at our second Bath venue on Kingsmead Square.

Really amazing pizzas. Didn't try the gluten free bases but there were lots of options. Friendly thoughtful waitress 5 stars! Just beware a 10% tip is added on automatically.

Took a little time to come as new chef, but pizza was best we had in a long time.
Staff where great, including making a teddy bear base for our daughter.

Went for a meal at Dough whilst staying in Bath. It was by far the best pizza we have ever eaten and we have eaten pizza's in Italy. The staff and the chef were very friendly, professional and attentive. The food prices were very reasonable and portion sizes very generous. So much to choose from you will not be disappointed with choosing Dough! We will definitely be back very very happy customers. Thank you!

EN: Out of all the places in Bristol we chose to have our lunch here and we were pretty disappointed about the pizza. Even though they have a variety of doughs you can choose from ( with or without gluten, grain, wholegrain, sourghdough etc) the pizza was not great. We had the "smokey" one, the toppings were just slighting off the dough, the mozzarella was not great and had a weird texture as you were eating rubber and the sauce was all gooey and not very good quality. We had one shared pizza for two person and we didn't even finished it ( that says a lot)
The waiting time was long ( 1h for one

Fantastic pizza's offered on a range of dough bases. All pizza's area reasonably priced at between £10-17. Their bases range from traditional sour dough to some quite unexpected doughs such as turmeric base and Kamut base (a slightly sweet and nutty buttery flavour and is ivory in colour).
I tried two of their specials - Smokey and La Gina. While both excellent, the Gina was a type of pizza flavour and base I hadn't tried before and worth going for if in the area.
Service was quick. We didn't book, but I think we were lucky to get a table at lunchtime. It did start to get really busy when we

I can’t believe their gluten-free pizza tasted that good!! Best pizza I’ve had hands down. I can’t even imagine how good their regular pizza would be. Drinks were okay but food is amazing.

Authentic Italian pizza where the staff fully engage and offer you vision of how they perceive pizza should be.
Thin, crisp and full of flavour, old school decor, works well and to see the pizza chef tossing the base makes you feel part of the experience.

Very accommodating,
Did not have a reservation on a busy evening and managed to get a table for us. The food is great you get a variety of choices for your pizza 🍕 “dough/base” we both just went for the (normal) sourdough base which was really tasty. Fast service and the pizzas were prepared fresh which was a really nice treat. For myself and my partner we had a homemade garlic pizza bread for starter (£5) and a homemade pizza each, one was pepperoni and the other was a meaty which had Italian sausage salami pepperoni and chorizo on it. The total bill including a 10% tip was a penny over

Service was good, staff were friendly and food looked good.
However, the wait for food was very long considering all that was ordered was a pizza and a lasagna. Like mentioned above, when the food came it looked good but wasn't great at all. The pizza was cooked and tasted alright but all the toppings were just falling off. The lasagna had no integrity to its structure, when cutting into it, it was completely mushy and overcooked. The taste of the cheeses on top overpowered the taste of the lasagna. The heat coming from the lasagna and its overall feel made it seem like the lasagna had just come
