Hall & Woodhouse
Originally an auction house built in the 1960's Hall & Woodhouse is a stunning bar and restaurant in the heart of Bath, voted a must see by the Mail on Sunday. No matter what the occasion Hall & Woodhouse is perfect, whether you're looking for a quick lunch, celebration dinner, business meeting or just a few drinks.

The building is split into sections over three floors and is designed around the Woodhouse family and their interests and passions. Downstairs you'll find the Copper Bar, built from the old brewing coppers from Hall & Woodhouse brewery in Dorset after which the building is named, and the Pantry with long bench style seating for a more relaxed experience.
Services
We've been working hard over the past few months to make sure all of our delicious food dishes are just that little bit better. As well as our usual favourites like Steak & Tangle Foot Pie, Hand-Battered Fish & Chips and our famous H&W Burger, we've also got a range of tasty sandwiches and of course our delicious Sunday Roasts, which we think are the best (apart from Mum's!)
We've sorted an amazing range of drinks for you to enjoy either with a meal or simply on their own. Our very own range of Badger Beers are only sold in Hall & Woodhouse pubs, so we can guarantee the very best quality cask and bottled ales brewed right in the heart of the Dorset countryside.

Alongside our beers we also have a great selection of lagers and ciders, together with an extensive wine list, with wines from all around the World, an ever increasing range of cocktails and Champagnes by the glass and a good choice of spirits, particularly local and regional gins and malt whiskys.
Unfortunately we don't have any private parking spaces however there are plenty of public car parks in Bath. The most convenient of these is Charlotte Street Car Park which is a large public car park less than 5 minutes walk from us. From the A36 follow signs to Bath Centre, at the Churchill Bridge roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Broad Quay/A367.
One of the key attributes of the perfect English pub is that it is at the heart of its local community, that's why we believe it's so important to give something back. Below are just a couple of things we are doing locally to help out in some small way. Community is incredibly important to us and as part of this, we help to fundraise for a local charity.

Really lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal with family and friends. The food was lovely except we had some crumble for dessert which wasn't the best topping.
Would definitely visit again.

Alex our waiter was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Food was top notch as usual. Wouldn’t expect any less with it being a Hall and Woodhouse pub!

We were visiting Bath from Bristol and Hall & Woodhouse was part of our “to go places”.
We got a coffee and went straight to the roof terrance. The overall ambiance of the place was nice and had a warm feeling. It was extremely busy with so many different floors.
People seemed to really enjoyed their meals too! Our coffee was great.
A must visit while in Bath.

Beautiful spot, excellent service, sadly I don’t remember the name of who served us but she was lovely to speak to and made us feel very welcome. Excellent choice of cocktails and a fab spot for indoor or outdoor drinks as they have a rooftop, although it gets busy when the weathers nice so plan ahead!

Really nice decor, ambience, and rooftop seating available. The service was also good.
Unfortunately, the 28 day roast beef was chewy, and the vegetables were simply boiled (so had no flavour). The Yorkshire puddings were quite greasy and a little stale.
