Grange Montessori Nursery is set in a former Synagogue. The building has been refurbished and adapted to provide a fascinating and stimulating environment for our Nursery setting whilst capturing and enhancing some of its original architectural features. Each of the classrooms have been carefully designed to provide an enabling environment that is age specific, stimulating and allows the child to feel safe enough to explore.

Services
At Grange Montessori Nursery we recognize that every child is unique and has his own learning style. By understanding how children learn and providing them with the tools and opportunities tailored to the way they experience the world around them, our approach allows children to learn through understanding rather than being told.
The Grange Montessori Nursery team consists dedicated staff made up of Managers, Montessori Directors, Room Leaders, Senior Nursery Nurses, Nursery Nurse Assistants, Trainees, Cooks and Housekeepers - with all staff holding, or working towards, qualifications appropriate to their position.
We also realise that, while in our care, the children look to us as role models, which is why every member of the team works hard to make each child feel valued and secure. All staff are trained in Safe Guarding and are aware of our Child Protection Policy and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures at all times.

At Grange Montessori Nursery the Child comes first. Our aim is to ensure that the children in our care are happy and content; we believe this is achieved through a daily routine that provides structure and diversity to their day. This regular consistency instills trust; the children recognize the order of events in their day and take comfort knowing their meal and sleep times.
We believe that it is very important to communicate with Parents at all times so that we can make sure your child is getting the best possible care at nursery and at home to suit their requirements. Our aim is to work in close partnership wit parents to complement their approach to childcare, particularly to assist children when learning new skills such as weaning, toilet training, reading and writing.

My child when here , the staff are very friendly and polite to me when every I dropped her off or picked her up . Also they help make sure that she had a good start in life . I would recommend sending your children to this nursery if you want to give them a wonderful start in life. Also I fell like it was value for money.

Both my children went to the Grange. They were well looked after and made great progress. The staff made sure a great deal of effort went into making the grange a fun, inclusive and welcoming learning environment.
The building is bright (natural light), clean and well maintained. My children also loved the food served.

When searching for nurseries for my son it was not easy, especially the range of nurseries in the area. Yet when me and my wife saw Grange Montessori we were blown away by the facilities they have as well as the service they provide. My son has been attending the nursery for over a year now and both myself and my wife have agreed if we were to have anymore children we would send them there without hesitation.
I highly recommend this nursery to everyone, not only for their facilities but for their caring and attentive staff!!

Both my daughter and my son went to the Grange Montessori nursery. They have very different needs and interests. However both enjoyed and flourished during their time in this amazing place. We tried other nurseries nearby and none were half as good.

Used to be a good nursery - then the manager changed and we had nothing but problems. Luckily our little boy went to school after but practically all his peers’ siblings were pulled out by their parents after. Owners didn’t listen to our concerns. I would highly recommend for people to stay away - lots of really good nurseries in the area.

My son has been at Grange Montessori for 2.5 years and my daughter also goes there. We love this nursery, I never have to worry about my children there as I can see they are so happy, and the staff are very kind and attentive. I'd 100% recommend it if you live in the area, the premises are truly beautiful with a large play area.

Our twin girls have just left the Grange after 3.5 years. Under their care they have grown from babies into well rounded little individuals, capable of looking after themselves, and with a good level of ability in reading, writing and numeracy.
From a parents perspective we've never had a problem with the nursery. Their hours are fantastic, and the care, atmosphere and feedback we've received has been exemplary throughout.
Yes there is a high turnover of staff and they are expensive. But if you want your children looked after by good, but inevitably ambitious staff, in an expensive part of london

Our son has been going for the best part of 2 years to this nursery, first on a part time basis, then full time, then part time again. We recommend strongly Grange Montessori. The facilities and space are the best in the area and the staff has always been very caring and thorough in their comms to parents. Opening times (7:30 to 7) are also very convenient for families like ours where both parents work. Together with everything else (location, facilities, quality of staff, etc) they explain the slightly higher monthly rates charged by the nursery.

Our boy has attended this nursery since he was 18 months old and will remain there until he starts school. Our experience of the nursery has been very good, yes there can be a fair turnover of staff, however, I'd suggest that this is a consistent factor in this sector (certainly the case with our son's prior nursery). That said the level of communication of change, as well as the retention and development of staff has evolved well over time with some really strong staff members in place. There has been and continues to be a good level of investment in the facilities which obviously support a child
