Services
Corner House is a private nursery offering exceptional childcare for children between 0 - 5 years old. We provide each child in our care with the best start in life in our home from home environment. Children leave ready for school with lots of happy memories. Our aim is to ensure that every child develops into a confident, considerate and articulate young person with belief in themselves and their ability.
It is our aim to provide the best possible education and loving care for children within a warm and stimulating environment. Home from home Environment, all staff qualified, all staff first aid trained & ongoing courses to refresh knowledge and gain ideas to keep improving our practice and to keep up to date with new policies.
The Corner House is managed and run by a Manager, an Assistant Manager and a Quality Assurance Manager who together have over 25 years of experience working at the nursery. All of us are passionate about child care and providing an environment and atmosphere where the children can thrive, staff can progress and further develop their expertise, and where parents can feel respected and included.
The Corner House Day Nursery is committed to ensuring that all children regardless of sex, race, ability or religious beliefs are provided with an environment where they can develop as individuals with positive images of themselves and others. All cultures will be given equal respect and acknowledgement.
An amazing and very special afternoon for my daughters and me, it's one of those days that you'll remember for a very long time. The Corner House team always make a big effort on events like this and it makes the difference. The fresh scones were a winner too!
I thought the Father's Day tea was a great idea and gave us dads the opportunity to see how our children interact with others and provided me with a glimpse of what she gets up to whilst we are at work.Seeing the Corner House team in action at the Father's Day tea, cemented in my mind why we originally chose the Corner House nursery to look after our daughter and the added scones with jam and cream were a nice treat!

We have been really happy with how both of our kids have developed at The Corner House. Both kids have developed really deep and meaningful relationships with staff and peers and are clearly very happy to be there!
Communication with staff has also been great and they have been responsive to any queries or concerns we have had.
If we had another child we would definitely send there!

We have been very happy with Corner House Nursery since our son started going there in August 2021. He is happy in himself, developed so much and we love getting our updates on a weekly basis on the app they use. It’s a lovely little nursery and we are very happy with the care they are giving our son.
