Welcome to our surgery website where we hope you will quickly benefit from a user friendly layout and a wealth of information about our healthcare services. Find out when we're open and what to do when we're not, all from the comfort of your own home. The NHS are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases.

The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal. Our team are dedicated to your continued good health and approach your care with professionalism, discretion and friendliness. You can count on a warm welcome from everyone involved here at the practice.
Services
Consultations are by appointment and can be made in person at reception or over the telephone during opening hours. If you cannot attend the Practice during the times of our routine appointments, extended Hours appointments are available; we have early morning surgeries the first and third Friday of the month.
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:00. You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice.
You do not require a doctor's sickness certificate for any illness lasting seven days or less. If you are sick for more than seven days, your employer can ask you to give them some form of medical evidence to support payment of SSP (statutory sick pay). It is up to your employer to decide whether you are incapable of work.
In person - drop your re-order form in at reception with the required items clearly marked. By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you. It is possible to collect your medication from one of the local pharmacies 48 hours after placing your order. Please advise staff if you would like this facility.
Caring for someone can be a full-time job - find out about accessing breaks and respite care. Help claiming benefits, looking after your bank balance and understanding the legal issues of caring. Advice and information on helping the person you look after get the benefits that they are entitled to.
