WOW! What a superb gem. We have a fantastic wonderful room, the bed was so comfy, the room was an excellent size, so we could include our dog on this trip. The bar was very relaxing and good wine and beer, all the ingredients for an excellent night away.

Our recent trip to the Warkworth house hotel was superb, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and professional, the food was out of this world (I highly recommend the mussels) and our hotel room was gorgeous!
The hotel has a warm home from home feeling and it’s a great reflection of Warkworth and Northumberland.
We never stopped smiling the moment we arrived to the moment we left! 💛

Huge thank you to Sharon and staff for yet another brilliant stay at the Warkworth House Hotel. Everything from the friendly welcome, excellent service, amazing food and comfort of the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions and it never fails to impress. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this enchanting place which is a fab start the Christmas shopping.

We dined here last night as we were staying in Warkworth. There were good reviews and we had high expectations when we booked. The service and staff were excellent, without fault. Our daughter ordered the vegan curry, that she said was very, very good. Our 6 year old had fish bites and chips that he demolished. Hubby and I went for Rib Eye steaks, mine medium rare and his medium to well. The chips, mushroom, tomato, onion rings and mushroom excellent. However, the steaks were quite literally swimming in blood on the plate and very chewy. They were clearly not rested...I have had many medium rare

I can't speak to the rooms as we only popped in for dinner. The ambience was lovely and the wait staff were friendly and attentive.
We were so thrilled to see a restaurant in the area that did more than one vegan option - and not just the usual vegan options we're used to seeing offered in places - that we travelled all the way from Seahouses just to dine here.
We're glad we did. The pie was lovely, and the chips were sublime.
We were disappointed that the torte wasn't available, but honestly in this climate we really don't blame you for struggling with supplies. I really hope it is only a temporary

Location was fantastic, location to amenities and attractions is superb. Staff from front of house onwards were all first class. Calming, friendly & helpful. Rooms and Hotel immaculately clean & presented, with superb attention to detail. Extremely positive experience and we would award the Hotel 5 out of 5 for a review and more, if there was more stars to give.
Breakfast and meals were fabulous and the choice was also fabulous too, with massive compliments to the Chefs.
This Three star hotel felt like a five star hotel and well deserve the credit and we will be definitely returning in the near

I only stopped here for one night choosing it in large part because of positive reviews.
I'm pleased to say that all the comments about staff making the place special are true.
From arrival to departure they could not do enough for me, spending time to chat and find out what I needed before delivering it. Although all were good one staff member stood out, but I'm not sure of her name. So to the tall lady with long curly red hair (sorry if you don't see it as red!) thank you very much, you are the epitome of professionalism as well as being funny and kind. I think your name was Sam but forgive
