Our main aim is to get the best possible rates for our clients at hotels and conference and event venues. We personally negotiate with hotels to get the best rate on the day and we have corporate rates set up with many hotels due to the volume of bookings we make. We are completely independent therefore not tied to any particular brand and we are not dictated by what rates we can book.
We source venues and book conferences and events for clients across the UK ranging from interview rooms for two people up to conferences and events for delegates in the hundreds. We take the brief from you on location, number of delegates and any additional requirements such as IT facilities, LED screens, specialist lighting, a stage and lectern, a dance floor and DJ, a public speaker for the evening, or dining for your delegates.
Accommodations UK has been negotiating preferential rates for exhibitors for 20 years and due to our relationships with the nearby hotels and the size of the allocations we take out, we are able to offer exhibitors highly favorable rates whether you are looking to book one room for one night or multiple rooms for the duration of an exhibition.
