Fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk into Newcastle City Centre. I was in room 917, the top floor and there is no lift so it was a bit of a schlep with my case. No issue really but I wasn't pre warned so this could be an issue for other guests. The room itself looked presentable but just a few issues which affected my sleep on my 2 night stay. Firstly being in a sloped roofed room there is only one small veluxe window which I had to stand on a chair to open and close and I'm 5'9 so if you're a little shorter you'd have no chance of using! There's no blind for this window so if you need darkness

Great aparthotel, close to city centre, metro station and Jesmond Dene park. Bar and restaurant in the accompanying hotel so there's everything you need. Smart rooms with all basic essentials. Just may need to check there is enough cutlery for all guests! Friendly staff and very helpful. This was our second stay and we will be back.

The location of the apartment was good as everything was local.
The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful enough, with a few exceptions with some staff who didn’t really want to help.
The layout of the apartment was ok.
I would have scored it much more if we didn’t have problems during our stay:
We had issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, and major concerns about the safety as it wasn’t child friendly.
Our 5 nights were very uncomfortable and restless, as the bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was absolutely appalling as it had a very thin mattress and the

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for nearly a month, and it was an absolute home from home. A fantastic location and a great alternative to a hotel, whilst having all of the hotel comforts needed as it’s attached to the Holiday Inn (extra toothbrush, nice amenities, a wake up call, secure parking etc). Highly recommended for the business traveller, or when you’re wanting a weekend get away whilst close to Newcastle City Centre (uber is about £3 to the centre).

Fabulous Apartments. Clean, comfortable & secure. Spacious rooms to relax after a busy day. Kitchenette has a microwave/ conventional oven combi and a two ring hob so great to cook a meal. Situated next to the Metro station two stops from the heart of the city centre. Parking is free at the hotel next door which is a bonus. Only a four stars for service as reception in the hotel is very helpful & friendly but have had to chase check in info email each time we have booked.
