Reached here around 11:38pm to do check in. The guy at the reception is super friendly and helpful, giving a lot information, bring me up to my room and give me all the info I need. Keep it up the good work, really love the service. The bed is just nice, not too hard. Love the TV and this lovely beautiful small room of mine! 😃 The guy at the reception is one of the best receptionist I ever met.

Stayed here 1 night in a double room. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, had a TV, tea and coffee and a bathroom with shower. Location was great, short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants in Jesmond. We had breakfast in the morning, there was a good selection of cereals and hot food (but no meat). Check out was very quick and easy. Only downsides I would say the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall though, very good value for the price we paid.

Room and location decent but very bland.
I imagine it would be good if travelling for business as it was clean and 'did the job'.
However if travelling for leisure and planning to spend time in the room, I'd want a few more pictures/a bit of colour to make it feel more welcoming. The room was quite small too, but this isn't as issue if you're planning to be out and about most of the time.

I don't know why anybody would recommend this hotel. It is not expensive, but you have to go 4 stations from central station and then you still have to walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel itself is not special at all, the room is tiny, the bed takes up almost all the space, so I had trouble to get from the window to the bathroom. From the bathroom came a nasty smell the entire stay. The breakfast was tasteless. It was okay to stay there for one night, but I'd recommend a hotel in the city center to spare you some trouble.

Perfect location for a weekend away in Newcastle. Quite basic, but we'll kept and the staff were warm and welcoming. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful and pretty good. Let me keep my car parked for the day after we checked out too which was nice. I'd probably look to stay here again if I were looking for a mid range hotel.

The hotel is well located, clean and friendly. My room was in the 4th floor and really quiet, so sleep was easy. It is walking distance to the Metro station, and close to Jesmond centre. The continental breakfast has lots of choice and is of a reasonable quality. If you book direct, they offer discounts. I'll stay here again.
