It's an enjoyable stay ,staff very nice and friendly, reasonably priced I strongly recommend this place

Affordable price, the owner was very and helpful. Room was tidy, warm and had an en-suite. I will definitely stay there again.

I’m sure a lovely hotel, but the owner didn’t pay me for all the work I did on his website. Not a nice person or fair.

I haven't stayed but the owner did not pay one of it's service partners. You have to ask how they treat other suppliers...

This is a clean, simple hostel with group rooms. We had 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom, all very clean. The service was good overall.

The staff are friendly enough and the general aura is OK. The room was basic and simple but the parking was poor. The noise of partying revellers arriving at 3am with disgusting language was very disappointing. This is not the fault of the staff of course. Would recommend for a young group or a one night stop to 'put the head on the pillow'. Additionally, where is my deposit that has not been refunded yet, please advise me what sort of policy you have on this mistreatment as we returned the room in acceptable condition.

As a group that booked way in advance we asked for a change to our booking as we had originally booked for 10 people but in the end only 7 could make it, this was before the cancellation period ended. The guy on the phone said that was no problem and they would give us a smaller room or if not reduce the cost. On check-in day the guy (sounded like the same one from the telephone call) pretended that no call had been made and they were not going to change our booking (if we knew this then we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere) but he sounded so reassuring on the phone, clearly a liar. Management are shocking Terms and conditions are clearly NOT stated on any of the website i had booked, no mention of a £20.00 pp security deposit Hotel had robbed us if £20.00 on the morning I will not allow myself and promise most certainly never to recommend this accomodation to any of my family or friends

We visited Newcastle overnight for an event. Easy to find and close to the city center. Smooth check in process. Getting to the room, it was spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was also perfectly clean and looked to be fairly new. Toiletries and tea/coffee were a nice touch that you don't usually get in budget accommodation. The listing says the walls are soundproof - they are not, but we only heard other people a couple of times and it wasn't disruptive. We opted for the cooked breakfast which was great. It was delivered to our room right on time and piping

When arriving at the hotel we noticed the room was dirty, there was a bug on the bed and there were crumbs and hair on the floor. We immediately asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and that is what happened, we were told that we could have a refund as we were unhappy with the cleanliness and we went elsewhere. When I arrived at the other hotel I checked my bank and realised the full £400 of the stay had been taken from my bank after I’d received my refund. I spoke tothe hotel who told me to speak to and after 5 phone calls to over the course of a few days I was told that the

Great place to stay while exploring Newcastle. Very clean with amazing Staff. Enjoyed my stay and will be back. Modern simply and fresh. Room was good size. Great shower. Great bed. For the price it was fantatic to be honest.
