With comfortable beds, heated kennels and a range of enrichment activities, we make every effort to ensure your dog enjoys their stay with us. All our guests receive a minimum of two walks per day with both woodland adventures and off lead play time in our Bark Park. We understand that all dogs are different which is why we have a range of kenneling options available for dogs of all ages and sizes.
At Home From Home, we make sure that your cat enjoys individual space and personalised care while you are away, so they enjoy their holiday as much as you enjoy yours! The health and well being of our feline guests is of the upmost importance. Which is why all cats staying in our cattery must be fully vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu.
Amy is our groomer in residence at Home From Home. With over 5 years of experience and a Level 3 Grooming Qualification, Amy has expertly groomed dogs for hundreds of happy customers. Amy will perfect your pooches coat from the newly built, luxurious 4Paws parlour, situated on site at the kennels. The 4Paws parlour is equipped with everything you would want to guarantee that your dog will get the most out of a pamper session.
Jenny is our holistic dog trainer based at Home From Home. She is a 'Platinum Level' Instructor at the Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour, and a member of The International Companion Animal Network. Jenny believes that every dog is unique, and that there is not a 'one size fits all' solution to behavioural issues.

At first, this place seemed perfect for our dog who had anxiety issues around other dogs as we could pay extra to keep her in a separate living area in her own room. But when she stayed one night for a trial period, because she was old and it was a new experience, she had wee'd a few times, as most dogs do. When we went to pick her up on the Saturday, we were told that we were late picking her up as all the staff finished midday on the Saturday and there was only the owners staying over the weekend, which made me think the dogs weren't getting very much attention over that period.

Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else, the service Home From Home provide is excellent. We began boarding our dogs here after a negative experience with another boarding kennels, so were quite dubious of trying out another place in case the same thing happened. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about the dogs and cats as if they were their own. If there’s ever been an issue with our dogs they’re always quick to communicate it to us, and we know that our dogs are in safe hands when left here. Especially love the Facebook updates of your pets

We have just tried Home from Home after our previous boarding kennels closed down. Our dog Jasper had an amazing time! I know he was absolutely well cared for. He came back so happy and healthy. The facebook pictures staff put on were very much appreciated too. Just to see Jasper having a great time on his walk, enabled us to relax and enjoy our break. You can't put a price on that! I love the fact that it's family run too and the staff are so friendly. Thank you all at HFH. We've found another kennels we can trust!

Went for a visit with my dog so he can get used to the place and using the bark park. Absolutely over the moon found this place. Lively staff, especially Claire and brilliant price. Out the way so don't nneed to worry about my dog possibly trying to do the great escape and not near main road. Can also book online which is a bonus. Definitely booking the park out for my dog as he loved it and sulked as he had to leave.

Just picked my two pugs up after being on holiday for a week, It was their first stay at home from home and that’s is exactly what they had home from home care ! The staff are very friendly and caring and I would not hesitate to leave them here again !
So happy I’ve found a boarding kennels we can 100% trust my little doggies were so happy there and very well looked after !

This kennel is brilliant! The staff are excellent and really look after your dogs. We took our pooch up, who isn't all that friendly with other dogs due to being attacked when he was yoinger, he thoroughly enjoyed himself, and the staff were very praising of him.
Love these kennels for our pooch, my parents have been using them for 18 years now too and they've never failed us yet!
