Kept on hold for 25 minutes this morning then to be told via a recorded message " that due to staff training the surgery is closed". Poor practice management , with individuals who have little to no idea of how to run a GP practice.

Such a rubbish surgery no empathy for a patient and then not to see a patient face to face i know were in hard times with covid but gps that are sat there doing a telephone consult and asking for pictures of the back of the throat which is impossible we have the right as patients to be seen face to face if requested no wonder GP surgeries are becoming rubbish and a&e are packed because our gps cant be bothered to see a patient for minor things

I called 16 times yesterday. That was after trying to get an appointment the week before. Today I'm on the third call and waiting 8 mins so far. The doctors are so incapable they have to always get back to you after having their colleagues review it. Then these colleagues spend days before getting back to you, keep in mind this is under emergency care. The service provided is of poor standard and literally fed up getting advice from medic friends as these lot will lie about what's available on the NHS. It's all business rather rather helahtcare at this practice. The screenshot show two numbers

This surgery is awful , my fam can never get an appointment when needed, mum sas very poorly never got referred to physio, they do not treat patients as individuals, absolutely rubbish....

This is a practice my mum uses (& previously my dad before having to go into a nursing home). I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful & polite both in person & over the phone. I have had to speak to various doctors on behalf of my parents & I have found them all to be very thorough & have never been rushed, they have listened & acted promptly. The nurses have also been kind & patient, especially as English isn’t my parents first language & my father has dementia. I’ve written this review as it’s easy to complain but it’s also important to say thank you when it’s deserved

The building work is coming on really well. Hopefully, they will be able to cater for more facilities for the community in the near future.

Amazing service through the pandemic,
This surgery has been very good with telephone appointment, and prescription given on time, adhere very well to social distancing rules,
One particular member of staff AQEEL,has always been amazing with his service, he is very welcoming, and speaks to patients with a great amount of respect, and helps where possible

The worst GP practice in Bradford. The doctors are super lovely and very helpful - but the receptionists?They are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I'm surprised they got the job as it requires a lot of customer service. They ask you to "callback tomorrow at 8am" every time, but when you wake up to do so, the lines don't even work at 8am. Terrible GP.

Why have so many patients on your records when you are only able to offer them an appointment in 5-6 days time..! It's almost like this GP practice will allow you to get worse before being seen, Ridiculous
