Throughout the pandemic we have worked hard to make the surgery as safe as possible for our patients, staff and visitors. We have remained open and will continue to do so. Our staff will continue to clean consulting rooms between uses and will continue to wear PPE (Protective Cover). Please consider we care for over 10,000 patients and our phones are very busy.
If your problem is urgent and requires a same day response you need to ring before 10.30am if possible. Calls after 10.30am will be passed to our administrative team for assessment, care navigation and processing. Alternatively you can fill out an e-Consult, you will recieve a response from us by the end of the next working day.

Services
You can no longer book an appointment directly. Our receptionists are trained to help direct you to an appropriate service without you having to see the GP. For example physiotherapy. All patient calls are assessed by a clinician according to clinical need. You will then be offered a telephone review.

It really saddens me to see how much the NHS have deteriorated over the years. The days where the actual ethos was based around care for any patient, any age, any colour. I refuse to thank the NHS in recent times as i have nothing to thank them for. I have been medically neglected for 5 months after a catastrophic accident in March which resulted in carnage, both to my physical and mental health. I am still wearing a sling for my wrist which has been left untreated for 5 months. No follow up phone calls after the new heavily flawed online booking system. Nothing at all. I dare not to pick the phone
