Our Therapists are BACP qualified from Newport University. New clients are able to self-refer themselves by using the contact form. Currently we also receive new client referrals from many organisations such as Bupa, Wellbeing Departments, Insurance companies, HR Departments and many more. We provide many different types of counselling and therapy services including, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Treatment and Services, Person Centred Counselling Services, Psychotherapy counselling and Psychodynamic counselling Services and are able to offer all assessment services, counselling and therapy treatments for individuals, groups, couples, families and young people, offering Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Couples Therapy / Marriage Therapy, Family Therapy and Young Persons Therapy on a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, addictions, relationships, parenting issues, bereavement, obsessive compulsive disorders, child abuse, domestic violence, suicide, sexual issues, traumas, PTSD, eating disorders, gender issues, gay and lesbian issues, personality disorders and forensic issues.

Consultations are about our clients and the environment in which they feel most comfortable.
Our 'cognitive processes' are our thoughts which include our ideas, mental images, beliefs and attitudes. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on the principle that certain ways of thinking can trigger, or 'fuel', certain health problems. For example, anxiety, depression, phobias, etc, but there are others including physical problems.
I offer individual and group clinical supervision for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as qualified practitioners. I approach supervision as a formal, professional and confidential working relationship in which both supervisor and supervisee(s) collaborate in order to maximize the competence and effectiveness of the supervisee on behalf of those they are working with.
Samaritans is available 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional Support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. Drugsline is an independent drugs crisis, information and support charity offering free confidential information and support for people with drug and alcohol problems.
