Services
At Frisby Pre-school we aim to provide a stimulating, exciting and fun environment for children to develop and learn. If you are interested in your child attending our pre-school please contact us on 01664 434784 to arrange a visit. The provision for children's development and learning is guided by The Early Years Foundation Stage (DfE 2017).
At Frisby Pre-School we use software called Tapestry to record and share your child's learning and development on a secure online platform. This allows families to log in and receive regular information about what their child has been learning whilst at Pre-school. Parents are a child's first educators, so we encourage the sharing of information about what their child enjoys learning about whilst at home.
The Curiosity Approach is a modern day approach to early childhood, taking it's influences from Regio, Steiner, Te Whariki and Montessori. Bringing curiosity, awe and wonder into early childhood and creating the 'thinkers and doers' of the future. We provide children with open-ended resources and loose parts with which the children can construct, take apart, transport and combine with other materials.
