We are committed to providing the people of the Conlig area with the best care available to them. If emergency help is needed at night, over weekends or during Bank Holidays 'out of hours' medical services are provided by North Down and Ards Doctors on Call (co-operative). We understand that good health is not just related to clinical matters but that it is affected by numerous complex factors.
That's why we don't believe in just giving out prescriptions but working with our patients to understand their cirucmstances and refer them to other clinics and organisations that will be of best help to them. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Firstly I have had absolutely no issues so far with any GP that I have spoken with, or any of the extremely pleasant reception team at Green Road Medical, until I had the misfortune of speaking with Dr Andrew Jackson lead GP!
Never have I ever experienced a more arrogant, condescending, unhelpful GP, who tutted down the phone countless times, got annoyed with me and generally made me feel like I should not have wasted him time!! Absolutely disgusting unprofessional and sadly he let himself and his practice down!
In future I will avoid him and deal with other friendly helpful GPs.

I rang seeking help from a mental health condition that has occurred from horrific events that have occurred in my life, my GP Dr Jackson came on the phone and was not only unempathetic but abnoxcious, condescending and ignorant to me. I have serious concerns about this and will now be making an official complaint. People seeking help should not be treated like this!

Amazing doctors practice. Compassionate, friendly, professional and they get to the bottom of your illness. They never have long waiting times for appointments usually seen on the day if ring early enough and even if you dont ring early enough usually can see you next day. Receptionist always remembers your name and doctors have already read you file before you go into see them this helps cut back visiting times and you know the doctors care. Very efficient and caring surgery.
