I needed to collect the prescription. Rang the reception desk asking if they could wait until 6:02 pm - arriving time as per my GPS/navigation system (closing at 6:00). They said "No. Ok, good bye". No questions asked, very surprised and disappointed...

Went to the surgery in total desperation. My son had passed away and I went to see if I cld see my doctor. I explained everything to the nurse, that I was having really bad thoughts and wanted to be with my son. Have to say Judy the nurse was excellent. She went and explained everything to my doctor and she came back with a prescription. My doctor had refused to see me.

Doctors here are totally incompetent. Giving out terrible advice that I have no doubt in my mind has cost lives. Avoid at all costs.

Used to work here. The surgery gets additional money from our NHS for every patient registered with the practice. So they sign up anybody who walks through the door. Number of patients registered is far above the guideline recommendations for a surgery of this size in order to rake in cash. Doctors Coogan (and her little Scottish lapdog of a husband, who conveniently is also the Practice Manager) and Wilson are basically scamming the NHS. The place should be audited by the Trust.

The receptionists can be very rude and I have had very unpleasant experiences over the years with them. On average it will take 3/4 weeks to get an appointment. When you are eventually seen, it feels like that don’t care about you and are trying to rush you out. Finally I am moving GP after nothing but bad experiences.

I was coughing over 2 months and doctors was keep saying "that's fine, it's just that type of virus it will go away". Then I was getting worse, so I asked if I can get antibiotics or something, maybe some x-ray or blood test needs to be done, but they did nothing and even was rude to me, making me feel like I was making up my illness.

Takes over a month to get an appointment. They have a nice hobbit of cancelling appointments on you at the last minute. Very unprofessional overall.
