Really great GP when you can actually get through to them. Spent the last 4 weeks trying to get through to get a GP callback but phones are constantly busy and when you finally do manage to get through all call backs are filled up. You really need to hire more receptionists or have more people to answer a phone 👎👎

Can never get an app for my constipated daughter, newborn or me even though I attempt calling at 8:30. By the time I get through everything is taken. Its okay, we're not important clearly.

Ordering repeat prescription is a challenge. You go through the process leaving a voicemail turn up at your dedicated pharmacy for collection and then find items are missing! You then spend ages on the phone listening to automated messages before you are told your call will be disconnected as there are too many people in the queue!!! When you eventually get through you then have to wait a further 24 hours before you can get the prescription that they forgot to do in the first place!!! And this isn't a one off as its happened previously. Please sort this out.
