I have used Bollin Valley water for a few years and always been satisfied, until now. I started to receive invoices for recycling which I refused to pay. I advised them that when I had used my current delivery they could collect the empty bottles and close the account, I then received an email accusing me of returning bottles with algae on them, I always store the bottles inside the building full and empty so how could they get algae on them and that was the reason for the receycling invoice, they also told me that a member of staff had spoken to me about this problem, no such thing no one has

Bollin Valley are great a company to deal with. In all the years we have dealt with them we have never had a problem. I can't recommend them enough. Jack is always pleasant & helpful on the phone. Horrible place to work, the boss will stab you right in the back soon as he gets chance if you take sick leave, I had some health problems depression one of them and all he did was stress me right to return to work when I wasn't ready, My sick note said hip pain but there was a few health problems but the doctors didn't get time to explain everything on a sick note, so I explained everything to my boss even showing him letters keeping him up to date on appointments, but he didn't believe what I was saying because my sick note said hip pain, I had 4 X-rays, 1 MRI Scan, I'm being sent for an ultra
