The Vietnamese Store
Ca Phe Viet is a small independent cafe serving the finest Vietnamese coffee in the traditional and modern way. If you have been to Vietnam and would like to experience the nostalgic taste of Vietnamese coffee in the heart of Manchester come down. We are located near Manchester city centre on Oldham Road.

We also serve Banh Mi a tasty Vietnamese baguette/sandwich using fresh ingredients prepared daily. Coffee was introduced to Vietnam by the French in the late 19th century and has now has expanded rapidly to become the worlds second largest exporter of coffee beans after Brazil with coffee beans grown in the central highlands of Vietnam.

I love the casual and friendly atmosphere, and buy my lunch here on a regular basis. I sometimes wish the food to be a little bit less salty, but I am still happy to have a nice Vietnamese restaurant near my workplace. Please try the lemonade - it is super.

Quick, tasty, really nice! Very friendly and helpful people working here. Finally some homemade sweet and sour sauce that is not drenched in sugar.

Excellent place for lunch. Weekly dishes as well as the normal menu. Gets very busy at lunch time but take away is no problem at all.

My usual place to go for lunch as I am a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine. Prices are relatively cheap if you compare it with similar restaurants around this area. Chicken Phô which is labeled as small portion will only cost you 4.90 EUR. Absolute steal in my opinion. You can pick from a weekly selection of six dishes or go with some classic all-time available choices. I would recommend getting the house made lemonade. It is priced at 1.50 EUR, while at other place you can easily spend more than the double for same drink and quality. Recently another restaurant called An An opened not far away from

This place is a blessing. The food quality is top notch, the cook is legend. Place is super clean and with a personal touch, service is very careful and quick. The soft drinks are HOME MADE. Please do yourself a favor and stop immediately. Ps The icing on the cake, prices will make you smile.

Good reasonably priced vietnamese, nice on sunny days as they have outside seating away from the streets.

Great prices and always good quality Vietnamese food! Staff is lovely and service is quick! But lunch time gets really busy - for a reason. Lovely lunch spot, sadly not opened at evenings

Great little gem of a place for lunch. I had spring rolls, coffee with condensed milk & a bahn mi. All the food was fresh & so tasty. The spring rolls were amazing - packed full of filling. All the staff were lovely & very friendly. I will definitely be back to try the pho.

Fancied something different. Nice Vietnamese rolls and food wasn't that bad. Could do with a bit more on the menu.

Cheap and so so Vietnamese food. I had curry chicken and rice here once, they went a bit overboard with the curry soup, which made my dish look like porridge. I'd vote for alternatives if you can walk to nearby VN restaurants.
