All our coffee beans are "speciality grade" and are sourced from some of the finest coffee farms in the world. Each bean has its own unique and complex flavour profile and you can choose which bean will be used to make your drink. Our brewing methods have been refined to allow each bean to show off its personality and expose its hidden nuanced flavours inside your cup.

Seed & Cherry is situated in the trendy Northern Quarter of Manchester and brings to you a unique artisan coffee drinking experience. Alongside this you can enjoy breakfast or brunch which includes a variety of healthy and creative recipes served as small plates. Seed & Cherry have designed a unique brunch menu presented to you as "small plates".

Our Story Report

Seed & Cherry was created to provide a home for lovers of coffee and brunch. During our travels we found that the coffee culture was so far ahead in the rest of Europe where coffee shops provided a regular spot for socialising, enjoying casual food and high-quality coffee. We want to bring that same experience to Manchester.

Had a coffee in this gorgeous hangout last Friday. The owner is a lovely man and his premises are first class. I particularly enjoyed re- reading a copy of the rules. Time just slips away in here. The best bit for me though, was the wicked trip hop playlist and The Doors.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The setting had a great atmosphere and we didn't need to wait to order breakfast.
Definitely need to go back and order more off their menu.

Lovely concept with the smaller 'tapas' style plates giving each person the opportunity to taste more than one dish. I must say, the porridge is out of this world! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff

Delicious vegan food and great service as always. Lovely selection of coffees and other beverages, and happy to help if you're struggling what to order. Recently they have implemented a system so you can book your food via an app to minimise contact, which was really easy and straightforward to do. Happily returning again :)

Have a little bit of everything (& not break the bank) at Seed & Cherry
Walk into the no-fuss venue of Seed & Cherry that is nice & airy, and you know you’re ready for a relaxed dining experience making it perfect for the brunch we were invited to eat. Situated just off the rush of the city centre, it’s a perfect place for those who like to have a bit of everything. The food comes out as it’s ready so let the staff know (or order in two batches), if you want to give yourself a course-like meal.
For savoury, we had;
Halloumi Skewers [£4.90] - The pesto was divine, it was cooked perfectly

Colossally overpriced lunch menu. I paid £8 for one slice of toast with crushed broad beans on it.
Breakfast menu looked good and reasonably priced for the amount of food offered. Such a shame the lunch menu let it down.
Until prices properly reflect the amount of food offered, I shall not be returning.

I have been to nearly every brunch spot in Manchester so I was SO happy to finally see a place doing something different! This 'tapas' style brunch is perfect for me as I love having something savory and then something sweet. I went for the Turkish Eggs & French Toast and both were outstanding. My friend got the vegan breakfast + the Acai bowl and said it was better than she'd had in Bali!
I was thoroughly impressed with the food, loved my almond milk latte and I can't wait to back to try the salads. It's so nice to see a place that has so much vegetarian and vegan options too. I shall be back
