Our hours are: Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.30 PM ( We close for lunch 12.45 til 1.45). As per NHS guidelines we are now able to offer eye examinations for anyone who requires one. We are operating on an appointment only basis for examinations, collections, repairs and adjustments. Furthermore in line with government advice the wearing of a face covering or mask is compulsory.

We are using the appropriate PPE to keep everyone safe. Established in 1939, we have provided eye care to Midsomer Norton and its environs for over 80 years. Being completely independent, we have freedom to choose and stock any make or type of frame, spectacle lens or contact lens, giving our patients the benefit of the widest possible choice.

When Specsavers messed up my varifocal prescription, John and his colleagues came to the rescue. From the receptionists to the opticians, everyone is so friendly and professional. A fantastic level of knowledge and so helpful. Really can't praise Edwards enough. Superb!
