Services
The Pre-School is run by a committee of volunteers who are usually parents of children attending the Pre-School. The committee is responsible for employing staff, managing finances and formulating policies. Meetings are held at the beginning of each month and new committee members are always welcome.
Staff qualifications are high and this has a positive impact on children's care and learning. Teaching is effective and all children, including those who receive funding, make good progress in their learning. At Bollington Pre-school, we have a friendly, qualified, experienced and well established team who have a wealth of experience in Childcare.

Trustees play an important and crucial role in the existence of a charity, but the position carries a number of responsibilities and can sometimes be daunting for a volunteer to take on. New trustees should be made to feel like part of the charity; and providing a proper induction will ensure that they are given a clear understanding of the structure of the provision and how it operates, as well as their role and responsibilities within it.
