Broadbottom Pre-School is a high quality, fun and stimulating learning environment, dedicated to supporting children to develop independence, skills and knowledge in preparation for starting primary school. The Pre-School is a safe and caring setting committed to offering a child centred approach and recognising all children are unique.
PLEASE NOTE: We are only a small Pre-School with 20 spaces and these spaces fill up fast, therefore we may not be able to offer all eligible hours straight away. We are very fortunate to offer children a varied and interesting environment using a large flexible indoor space, a rear garden area and a large soft surface playground to ensure an endless combination of stimulating play opportunities.

Services
Broadbottom Pre-School was established in 1971 by a group of interested parents and has been operating continuously ever since. Children come to the group from Broadbottom, Mottram, Charlesworth and further afield! Children are welcome from 2 years-old to school age. We are registered for 20 children per session.
Parents are children's first and most lasting educators. It is vital for parents and Pre-School staff to work together to help children develop and learn. Parents are very welcome to stay for the session occasionally to see activities, and how their child, and other children of similar age, behave and respond.

Would wholeheartedly recommend Broadbottom Preschool.
Edie loves it so much (even if she’s pretty quiet whilst she’s there) and in the short time she’s been attending, she’s really started to come out of her shell around other children.
She adores the staff (and calls me Jade at least three times a day), and we couldn’t be happier with her care.

I can’t recommend Broadbottom preschool enough, each day they have so many exciting and inviting activities set up for the children as your arrive, my son is itching to get stuck in before we’ve even got to the gate! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and most of all the children adore them all! My son never stops talking about them they are like… his extended family! They prepare your children so well for the primary school transition which is a huge weight off our shoulders! My son’s confidence has come on leaps and bounds since starting and he’s really come out

My little boy Charlie attended Broadbottom Pre School School from the age of 2 until he started primary school. I think he gained a lot from his experience at Pre School, not only developmentally but socially too. He joined primary school a very confident and competent boy, and has had no issues settling in. Thank you to Pre School's excellent staff for providing such a safe and nurturing environment for our children.
